Analysis

Slept fine preceding night.  Woke right at 4am and cut up 12oz Sweet Potato and cooked on George foreman.  Weighed self=154.6 & took Blood Glucose=73  warmed up 10 Egg Substitute and ate with 1 piece cheese.  435 Cinnamon/Splenda Sweet Potato.  Started getting gear together for run.  Thankfully evacuated bowels.  530 2oz SpecialK & 1oz Cheerios with 12oz Carb Countdown milk/splenda.  exactly 6am leave for 24 mile run, but already decide to do 26.2 and then eventually just 4 8 mile loops.

Creves most pleasant long run ever.  Ran a comfortable pace= 10min miles (basically ran first 26.2 miles exactly 1/2 hour longer that at last years marathon)  Started off predawn, Dark & 76 degrees out.  Creve chatted with a Boardwalk jogger regular, potential Raven Run Recruit Tammy, who is also doing Miami Marathon.  Jogged past a guy speed walking with a black, GoldToe dress sock hanging out of the rear of his shorts...?
Got sunny and warm out and Creve was getting little sunburned, then after 22 miles or so Left Knee/Ankle/Shin sore Little Bloating around 25mile- seriously contemplated stopping at 27miles when ran past Creve's pool, but pushed on.  And started getting tired, then at 29miles or so one of those Euphoric chills/BrainGasm happened... like some kind of Endorphin induced goose bumps.  Finished strong and did a couple laps in pool.  Poor hydration; sweat out 6.8lbs water weight.

After run Creve felt really good and went to get hair cut and just little sore, nothing like aches from previous long runs.  Best run yet.

Slept Solid until 1amish and woke up with queasy stomach/nauseous.  woke up every hour nauseous.  Finally just got up around 430 and mouth started watering like was going to throw up.  Sipped some diet sprite made little better, but still nauseous.  Weighed self=154.0lbs  No Appetite! (Very unusual for Creve) Made coffee and Scottish Oatmeal anyway.  520am mouth was watering and knew was about to hurl.  Fortuitously was strategically located near toilet and and able to direct immediate & violent stomach bile projection into toilet....  had 3 or 4 contractions with some yellowish/brown liquid and then 2-3 unpleasant darker/gooier chunks and the final hurl had some chunks with Bright Red goo...  Blood?  Felt better, but little weak after that disagreeable experience.  Creve cannot recall the last time he threw up but suspects its at 10-20 years ago...  very unusual.   Update: Creve was out of energy and nauseous went back to bed from 630-830 and woke up again queasy.  Threw up again at 925.. oatmeal & coffee  don't seem to be able to digest anything...  Confirmed. Ate Jell-O Cake at 10 slept till 12 when Creve had to throw up that.  May have to put off weightlifting planned this afternoon.  To sick to do anything that day but lay in bed.  little diarrhea  that evening so maybe it was food poisoning.  What a crappy day and waste of a great run!  Unable to provide the proper nutrition to reap gains from all those miles...  lost lot of weight and some lean muscle :(

Inside of shins are just a little sensitive and muscles in legs little sore.
