So I'd say that judging on your pics, you are likely to be around 10% bodyfat
(anywhere from 9 to 11%). Well, 9-11% subcutaneous fat that is.
I was measured at 7.1% last Thursday and honestly you are not that far off.
If you have a SOLID 2-3 weeks of dieting and training I can see you being at 8%
subcutaneous bodyfat at the end of that period (which would translate into a
